Sports in Palm Beach

Palm Beach County is rapidly becoming a sport-oriented city. As a host to major regional, national, and international sporting events, Palm Beach County has the experience and committment to serving the sport tourism industry.

Sports

Two major league baseball teams hold their spring training in West Palm Beach, the Montreal Expos and St Louis Cardinals. They play exhibition games at the Municipal Stadium.

You can play and watch jai alai at the Palm Beach Jai Alai Fronton.

The sport most closely associated with Palm Beach is polo. polo is played from early November until late April at the palm Beach Polo and Country Club.

With over 145 golf courses in the area, golfers have plenty of choice. A special one is Emerald Dunes.

There are countless opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling along the coast of Palm Beach.
